Careful when buying parts from cruiser parts

my money is in the wind $1057.34 . I purchase a locker on January from cruiser parts llc. They listed as Toyota 8” . When the locker came i open the box and it was for 100series front . Then I ask for a exchange instead of return. With that I was told to pay for $97 for shipping from them back to TJM. Adding my shipping to cruiser parts . It is almost $1200.00 . Till today I did not recieve anything . No updates no nothing all they care is money into the pocket . That’s bout it.

how did you pay? via what payment type? CC or PayPal? you can get your money back. I file an FBI report 2 times againt Cruiser Parts. PayPal told me that they have 10 strikes and they will be suspended from playing via PayPal or CC. so call your payment provider create a case and get your money back and Cruiser Parts will be out if they hit 10 strikes.

open your PayPal, find the transaction, click on Report a problem, click on continue filing with PayPal, select why option in your case "I didn’t receive an item I purchased" and submit all the email communication with a seller
