Can the middle row seat center seat back be folded down (2017)?

Is it possible to fold the middle row center seat back down. I’m referring to the back rest portion.

There should be a pull strap towards the bottom that releases just the center section back. At least there is on my 2013.

Yes, there's a lever on the lower drivers side of the center seat that allows this function. You have three options, all the way up, armrest folded down with backrest up and all the way down.
