Ok the rest of the front end in this 92 is done now the steering is screaming at me but only when i turn the wheel sitting still.

I did find the passenger side rack /pinion boot shot i suppose that would cause the scream?

Also upon inspection the reservoir was full of power steering fluid not ATF..........so i pumped it all out via the return line(at the reservoir) while filling with ATF until i seen red(the car was screaming before i started pumping).

discloser...i am sure that is not the proper method but i still have not got the book in the mail yet but at the time that is the only thing that made sense to me to keep the flow going and the air out furthermore i am not real familer with rack and pinion systems so any input i would be grateful.

Sounds like the pump to me. I don't know why it would be related to replacing the front end parts, though.
