Camping, hiking, sight seeing in TN?

And let's not forget wheeling! I'm looking at taking a trip up to the smokey mountains soon and was wondering if anyone had any firsthand experience taking some trips up to TN. I'm just going with a couple guy friends and we are looking for a little trout fishing, hiking, wheeling and maybe some natural landmarks like waterfalls etc. We will be tent camping and want to be able to have a camp fire too. Ive already been to Cosby campground a few times. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Hurricane Creek is on the NC/TN line, there are a lot of threads including pics. A well stocked trout river and off-roading may be too much to expect in one place, but I'm far from the expert here.
