I used to take this camping when I would take the boat out to a island and camp for a few days. It's simple but cooking it outside does something to it that makes it taste better.;p

I would cut up the onions, peppers, potatoes and the sausage ( Hillshire Farm Kielbasa or Turkey sausage)at the house into small sizes.

You could wait on the sausage if you wanted because they are sealed in those air tight packages if you want. The key to the potatoes is to cut them small so they cook better and faster.
or....
The ultimate potatoes would be to bake them the night before, cut them up into home fry size and put them in a Tupperware container.

Put the other ingredients in a container and throw them in the cooler. Bring some salt, pepper and paprika if you want to season the mix and put it all in together and enjoy and very filling meal. Smells great cooking too.

I'm going to have to try this.

Foil packs rock.
