I know I have seen them ,I just dont know where. The crank to let the trailer up and down I have seen a wheel mounted on the end rather than just the pole(for a lack of a better term). Reason why I ask is in the back where I had planned to park the camper is real tight.....I mean tight because of the fence across the alley so its difficult to even get started and tonight is when I thought of it.

Whats my options

The camper is only 2200 pounds This one looks to cheap http://www.amazon.com/Adjustable-Swing-Up-Swivel-Trailer-TR10-01/dp/B002MG99CK?

I think those small tires will dig into the gravel. If you can try to find one that has an inflatable tire this way it "should" run a little smoother on rough surfaces.
Best of luck in your search.

Check for Bulldog jacks, they make really heavy duty jacks with the options for wheels. Most retailers that have Bulldog also have other manufacturers to compare against.

thats a start,thank you.

biggest wheel i can find is 8 inch but still it isnt inflatable:frown:

that is just the first pick i found, i am not sure if they have one that will handle more tongue weight, but the other thing is you could make one, that would handle it.

hey chris, i do recall seeing a guy that had a receiver in the front of his truck, so he could maneuver his trailer into a tight spot.

lol..I guess you want me to come with the parts list and a sketch too?,...:flipoff2:

lol....no I am good unless you wanna come weld it up for me?

see the ROAM build...welding ain't my strong point (although I did get better in the end)

There can't be more than a couple a hundred pounds of TW....although if you can figure how to connect maybe a sand foot, and the wheel...you'll have the best of both worlds. The sand foot is cheap...so maybe just cut of the part that locks in to the bottom of the jack, and weld that to top of the wheel plate....hell..as far as that gots..weld the whole sand foot to plate, I just don't know how much clearance you have...but that would help.

Rolling the tongue is very convienant...but you have to make sure to chock the wheels once youre parked. I use to switch over to the sand foot once the trailer was in place.

pat if the tongue weight is that much i do not see him moving it by hand!

no matter what wheels he puts on the tongue jack(s).
