My off-road camping trailer is equipped with independent trailing-arm suspension.
After so many miles the camber adjustment cam creeps resulting in an ever-increasing negative angle.
I have torqued the heck out of the locking nut on the other end of the adjustment bolt to little effect.
I'm not sure why I even need a camber adjustment in this application and I'm tempted to lock it in at zero degrees (tire perpendicular to ground surface) with a bolt drilled through the cam and into the backing plate.
Would I regret that? What am I missing?
