How does a club find out when the Calls are?

the calls are failrly regular. been a few years since i've been a delegate, but it was the first weds of the month back then. i know they've discussed moving it to a different day of the week since then, so that's probably changed.
there is a email group and your clubs delegate should be on that list and getting the info and conversation regarding the topics for the meeting from that list. if not, i'd email justin or one of the other board members and tell them your delegate needs to be added to the list.

Calls are last thursday of the month. If your a club rep you can ask and will be put on a email list that will hold discussions, update call times and provide number.

The call begins with a role call of chapters and officers. You will have plenty of time to introduce yourself and our webmaster will ask you to email your contact info so he can add you to the BODreps mailing list.
Two important topics will be discussed: how can chapters help increase TLCA memebrship and should the BOD conference calls use a different conference line provider.
