As many of you know, the Department of Defense has proposed a major expansion of the Twentynine Palms Marine Base. The expansion would threaten continued use of the popular Johnson Valley OHV area. The required Final Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed expansion is out for public review and comment. The FEIS is here.
