The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Eagle Lake Field Office (ELFO) is preparing an Environmental Assessment (EA) that will analyze the impacts of development and maintenance within the existing Rice Canyon 105 acre open area managed primarily for off-highway vehicle (OHV) use.
