Let it shimmy, when you get new tires it will help a lot. I had ground hawgs(36's) and it shook/shimmy a bit at certain speeds, ram raial mt.'s for a bit and it was better, went back to maxxis bias ply and its actually not bad. 2 different motors, lots of different shackles, bushings, still shimmy a bit. My cage is tied like yours, I like it cause if it aint shimmy at 55 I know we gots a problem.
 
Mine does the same. The cage creates a shimmy on mine around 60. I take the cage out every year for hard top install and I have no shimmy without it. Never figured out how to make it stop
 
Nice to know I’m not alone. I spoke to Metal Tech who recommended I just attach the top to the cage and not worry about it.
