here are a couple of suggested changes...
section 1, item 2:
"Own a Toyota vehicle with a transfer case."
This would then include LC's, mini's, Taco's, Tundra's, 4runner's... not just the two models listed now.
section 2:
"Associate members do not need to own a Toyota vehicle. "
This allows membership of friends with other rigs, they just don't get to vote, but they can attend events.
section 5:
"The annual dues for each member and associate member are $10 and due by January 1st of each year."
move 3rd paragraph up to be the second one...
"Dues for new members are due the day they are voted into the club. New members joining after August 1st may pay a reduced rate of $5 for the remainder of the current year."
move the 2nd paragraph here...
(I am assuming that the dues paid at the last meeting and prior to Jan 1 2007, will be for 2007.)
