Well I went to help a buddy pull a set of leaf springs out of a XJ today. It was in a wooded area and flipped on its side for easy access (it was headded for the scrap yard). We had a fire extinguiser handy just in case. We lit up the torch and started cutting. Well it took a lot longer than expected but got the first one out. While we were working on the second one we noticed a small fire in the rocker panel. Well the interior started on fire so we used the extinguiser but it quickly ran out. My buddys father ran over with the hose but we need two and we were having trouble getting the end off one. I looked inside the Jeep and where was a lot of flames and plastic dripping from the mouldings melting. We finally got the two hoses together and doused the flames and got it under control. Hind sight is 20/20 and we should have had the hose there in the first place. Anyway lesson learned and boy did we get lucky.

Jeez jason im envious... always wanted to burn one of those suckers! :D
