Those are for the tie down hooks and aren't for mounting the OEM bumper. They are meant to be in the bottom of the frame rail opposite of what is shown in the photo. Part number should be 90119-12214

In the photo above, there is a missing piece that is a mount extension that connects to the bumper and the frame. There should be one for each side.

I guess I should clarify…. I’m not using the stock bumper or brackets… I have an aftermarket bumper that’s going on.. The bolt pictured fits the captured nutz on both the top/bottom of the frame rails which is why I’m looking to buy more of them..

Thanks for part numbers I’ll order up a few and see if they’ll work..👍🏻

Did those work for the aftermarket bumper? I am in the same boat as my rig came with only one of them from the PO and I have a shortbus to go on now.

Your bumper comes with new hardware unless you bought it used. Take a bolt to the local hardware store it will Be much cheeper than Toyota. Get a grade 10.9 zinc coated, not stainless.

I know it's an old thread but wanted to record some notes for posterity as I had all this info previously then lost it, and this thread popped up in my search while trying to determine what bolts I needed to reinstall my Slee bumper on my 80.

The bolt size is M12-1.25x45mm according to Slee's Shortbus instructions.

I have some Toyota 90080-11426 bolts that I thought were perfect for the bumper installation. However, now that I'm looking at them, the non-threaded shoulder appears to be too long to get a snug fit.
