I have Hella Rallye 1000s on my 80 the older ones, not the Black Magic model. They are bright, but lighting technology has changed some since they came out. Are there any new, brighter bulb(LED or otherwise) options that I could stick in them?

Yes, you can add newer bulbs, and while they will probably be brighter, the only catch is that these won't maintain a proper beam.

I don't think you can get a drop in LED bulb that will be remotely as bright as the halogen version. You'll need a proper LED light for this, plus the beam will be way off.

HID's are your best bet, they will be brighter, consume less energy when hot. The downside is the beam pattern will not be as focused, and these usually have a pretty long warmup period to reach full brightness (10-15 seconds or something like that)

Since I also have a set of halogen lights, I stick with halogen bulbs (high powered ones at that). I use KC 130w bulbs in my 8in lights. These last a few years, are extremely bright and consume way too much energy, but my lights work the way I want them to. I am not ready to drop 1000$ on a set of quality HID's or LED's yet to replace these, so they do perfectly fine.

If I were you; I'd look for better halogen bulbs to replace the ones you have, and keep your light focused the way the manufacturer intended

I run 100 watt bulbs in my Hella 1000's. Seem plenty bright to me, but I only use them 4 wheeling at night, so am not going to fast...

Does Hella make drop-in 100w bulbs? Are the KC bulbs drop-in?
