bug zapper?

Anyone know of any commercially available 12v or battery powered bag zappers?
This weekends camping trip was great, except for the mosquito invasion. The truck and tent were filled with the little buggers, and of course we forgot to pack any coils or citronella.
But A much quicker method would be to have one of them electric zappers hanging inside the truck/tent to kill them all prior to going to bed, anything like that exists?

I have not tried them, but in a catalog my wife gets they have solar lights/bug zappers. website is whateverworks.com item is K82-88. and at 16.99 for one it is worth a try...

I've got one and haven't been very happy with the results so far, but Rubicon was one huge swarm. The owner of the archery shop that I picked it up from swears by them thinks that they're great. From my experience with him in the past I'd say that it will work then, just for normal amounts of skeeters.

That's good to know. I'll pick one up since they are on sale up for only 15 bux.
After looking at one in the store, it's not quite what I had in mind because of the fumes (cant use it in an enclosed space), but I'll still grab one for other uses.

This Koolatron unit is exactly what I had in mind to hang inside the truck and tent:

I heart my Thermacell, I've used it alot, always works....as long as yer not moving fast.

Has anyone tried the Koolatron? Sounds like an option to repel spray everytime i'm out camping.
