I just got a "dispatch" from our intrepid former public lands guy, Brian Hawthorne, regarding the recent decision in SUWA's big anti-access lawsuit. We haven't announced it formally, but Brian is serving in a volunteer capacity as our official "Utah Policy Advisor."
