I have to clean out my yard. I have a rolled 77 blazer with a 383/sm465/np205 combo and I have a 94 4runner that has a $hitty 3.0 and runs poory. The wheelbases look close enought to work without major mods. Has anyone slammed a runner onto a bigger truck frame?
The second part of my question is, Has anyone made a trailer out of a 4runner frame?

Thanks in advance

Rich is right, a Blunner (blazer 4runner) would look goofy as hell..

Put in the Engine, and tranny maybe the t-case if you can get it to fit in the runner, Sell the rest of the blazers parts to get fund the SAS.. or t-case adapters

I wouldn't. The Blazer frame isn't that great to begin with.

Put the driveline under the 4-runner!..

couldn't have said it better myself other than give me the $hitty 3.0 that runs poorly, and the frame......and the body....

That lighter Toyota BOX frame would be better than that flexy, heavy, weak, channel, POS frame.............AND THEN PUT IT UNDER THE RUNNER?!?

i think you might run into trouble trying to fit that np205 in between the frame rails of the 4runner .... unless you have some serious clocking plates... but i don't know for sure.

So what is the weight difference between a runner frame and the blazer frame?

Also on the 205, they are not that big. seriously.. an atlas is much bigger.

I have seen at least 4 runners (1st gen) with 205's under them..

I say do it,but thats just me I guess ;p

My 55 is on a Blazer frame :grinpimp:
