Body and frame differences between hj75 and hjz75?

Does anyone know specifically if the rear cross member and gear box cross member from an hjz75 is the same as the hj75?
I know that the troopy rear side dickie seats and rear springs can fit from the hjz75 into the hj75.

Coming to think , unlikely gear box cross member would not be the same due to different engine and gear box. But the rear cross member would be good to know? The hj75 troopy rear cross member is 108mm in height externally , is the hjz the same height anyone please?
