BRC has received questions and feedback concerning the pending National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 2015. This bill recently passed the House of Representatives, and now faces a vote in the Senate. Appended to this bill is a massive package of other bills, including dozens of public lands bills. On the plus side, this signals at least a momentary end to the Congressional gridlock that has prevented meaningful public lands legislation from moving for years.
