I am going to a blue grass festival June 9th, and camping in NC from 8-10 of June. Letting everyone know that the festival is free to attend, of course you need to pay to camp. But I have already reserved a camping spot but if other are going to go I'll see about getting one right next to me so we can all park the trucks together. Search Bluff Mountain Festival.

I love Bluegrass. Im going to check into it. I'm interested in knowing who will be performing

Dang. That's the same weekend I'll be in ATL for the BLADE show.

Charleston First Flush Festivle

Edit: wrong post

might check this out as well....cant go too far with wifes mother not doing well...but will check it out.

There is a sweet campsite right on the French Broad and the AT is about 1/8 mile from camp!!! Cool little town !! We go there a couple times a year.

Yeah that is where I'll be camping.. Should be a good time with good music

So starting to plan this trip and seeing if anyone wants to seriously pen this down? Looking into getting another camp site so just let me know

No. Sorry but I'll be in ATL. Thanks though.

Would have loved to go to Hot Springs, but we finally were able to reserve a camping site at pisgah campground on the parkway this memorial day. Will be up there sat, sun and mon. Wish there was going to be music there .

Yeah that moki is bomb proof, love that tent, can't wait to use it on the outer banks! Maybe will test your hurricane theory

too bad you did not have it and come at our trip to Carolina Beach few years ago....4-50mph gusts...30mph steady, rain, flooding, etc. Virtually every tent there collapsed, leaked, or failed one way or the other except my Mountain Hardwear Lightpath...no leaks, never collapsed...we slept dry both nights.

a good tent and good bags are imperative for a good experience....

Yes dry wife and kids are happy wife and kids!My brother found that out the hard way at davidson river camp poured all night and the crapman matress he had deflated and they woke up at 2 am in a pool of water compliments of their crapman tent.

I'm surprised Bessinger didn't recognize his coozy on my beer! Also I used a fatmax tool box on rollers that opens kind of similar to a draw. Worked perfect for the cloths

Hey look....my Koozie!!!
