Blue box with question mark

I am currently getting a blue box with a question mark when I am trying to upload pictures. I have posted pictures in the past with no problems and as far as I can tell I haven't made any changes to my MacBook Pro. The pictures are JPG's around 75-80 KB and within the 800x800 limits. If anyone has any ideas on my problem and a possible solution, I am all ears.

there are occasionally oddities with uploading pics...they usually clear up in a day or two...I haven't yet had an issue with my Mac, but have 1-2x over the past few years with my PC.
