It flexed and the sliders made body contact - soooo
Where?! The mall?!
The main beam of the slider BARELY touched the pinch weld and "buzzed" all the time. Worse when under a load like pulling a hill, in the parking deck at the mall.
Thanks Matt. My sliders took a testing in a ditch this past weekend and saved my truck a hefty repair bill. Passenger side slid into a ditch of a rut (almost window level on the PS) and had to be winched out. The only thing that saved the PS sheet metal and flares was the kick out on the slider. Only took a small ding in the bumper corner and a scrape on the flare.
