BJ74 import from Canada

I tried calling and emailing local authorities and ate static.

Will Virginia DMV be okay with a more-than-25-year-old BJ74, RHD from Canada?

What importation documents will I need to satisfy these people?

Any info appreciated.

A title is always the most important document. A bill of sale may be required also. If you register it historic you will avoid any inspections, but that comes with driving restrictions.

DMV website lists many documents, most with "If Applicable" appended to them.
Some seem to relate to EPA, others I just don't know.

I went around and around with DMV's website and their help link trying to figure out how to transfer some home-made trailer titles.

I finally went in and talked to the guy at the info desk (Waynesboro), He was very helpful, told me exactly what I needed and went over the forms with me.
