I've been surprised how much spatter is on the frame brackets on my LJ78. Robotic welding technology has come a long way in the last 30 years, I set up a new robotic weld cell at work a couple of years ago and it's amazing what it can do. Ultra clean, smooth welds with basically no spatter and shockingly low heat input. Thanks amigo. Funny: the Toyota engine frame bracket welding aren’t that pretty either from the factory. They are robot welds but very primitive from this time period.
Now it’s just integration and testing.

Sorry to hear that, you put in a gallant effort !Unfortunately due to some health issues and work obligations, I won’t be able to finish my truck in time for Rubithon this year.
I was hoping to leave to head to Tahoe on 6/20 but shït went sideways with health and my obligations with my profession.
Ergo, no dénouement for this build.
Hoping to make SAS10.
