Fuel line day: my BJ70 had 8mm fuel feed for the IP. 1PZ has 10mm fuel feed.

Used some 3/8 line to make new ones. My friend Hubert —bike fabricator for a living—came down to help out.

More pieces of the puzzle.

I’ll get these installed and then it’s time to start pushing assemblies in.

New lines installed. Still had to do a bit of bending but the under body ones fit perfectly.

The firewall line need a bit of finagling. Will finish that tomorrow.

Graham tools are **not cheap** FYI.

Got the vacuum canister and hoses squared away today.

And got the firewall fuel feed pipe twisted and correctly oriented behind the booster.

And the soft line from the tank up is routed as well.

Transmission and transfer case going in hopefully tomorrow sometime!

It's a factory bend. All 4 pin hangers at the frame have that bend.

I thought your were talking about the space between the pin which is there because nothing it torqued.

Transmission and xfer installed. Speedo installed. Driveshafts installed.

All suspension bits installed.

Driveshaft hardware: great little kit from Toyota. Perfect for the 11mm hardware.
