1989 fj62 diesel - 5spd
Reluctantly putting my diesel converted fj62 5spd up forsale. Has served me well since I have owned it, but looking for something a touch newer.
Unsure, but since this truck was originally from the USA it may be able to be re-imported. I would check forsure. I am willing to meet in Seattle with deposit. Truck is in Vancouver BC.
The specifics!
Interior
- Spector off road seat covers front and rear ( Gray ones Specter Off-Road Land Cruiser Parts - Page 309 Land Cruiser Tuff Duck Slip Covers )
- Spector off road rubber rear mat ( Specter Off-Road Land Cruiser Parts - Page 345 Land Cruiser Floor & Cargo Liner )
- Front carpet has one hole in it from where the auto shifter was
- JVC 7" touch screen deck
- pioneer 10" sub
Exterior-
- Arb bull bar
- Truck was originally from California, but was then brought to Oregon then to Vancouver
- Frame is in amazing shape ( better than my JDM hj61 ). All engine & transmission mounts welded on by the boys at EBI
- Body is in great shape, one rust hole the size of a dime on the drivers door. Zero rust on fender arches or in problem areas
- one dent on roof, but could be pulled
- All glass in great shape
Tires/ Suspension
- OME Medium Suspension with fully grease-able shackles. Rides awesome
- 32" bfg at 70% life
Engine/ Drivetrain
- 3B engine has 315k, Starts prefect idles smooth at startup. No coughing, choking or surging
- Doesnt burn oil or smoke ever ( really I mean ever, I have not see this thing smoke )
- H55f 5spd transmission shifts well, just put on a new clutch master & slave
Extras
- 2 nato spec jerry cans
- warn 8274
- garmin montana 650 gps with ram mount
Have an AXT turbo kit coming for this truck, but will raise the price 3000$ ( that is what is costs ) or I can list it seperate
Problems
- Used the bj60 harness so high beams dont work. But have a mint fj62 harness to include with sale
- That is all I can think of for the moment. I will add more as I can think
