please tell me what is the deferencuisereen bj40 Vs bj 45 toyota land cruiser
 
BJ40 is the short wheel base version
BJ45 is the long wheel base version

both have B-series diesel engines

I think you need to use the SEARCH function to learn.

Short wheel base is less distance b/t front and rear axle, or 40 and 42 series.

Mid wheel base is 44 and 46 series.

Long wheel base is the 45 and 47 series and has the most distance b/t axles.

Google BJ-40, BJ-44, and BJ-45 to see the differences in the pictures.

The B in the later years came to mean Diesel, so any car with a B after perhaps 1970 is Diesel.

If there is an H, that is for the 6 cylinder Diesel engine.

T is for Turbo.
 
BJ= 4 cyl diesel engine

40= smaller version 2 front seats/ 2 opposing rear sets

45= longer version could either be a in pick-up, 4 door or troopy (long opposing bench seats) versions
