My current +2" lift suspension set up is: +2" shackles, rotated front leaf springs but I,m not happy with the shackle angles. After some research, it seems that only 75 series have longer leafs, but way too long, 133mm, 5" longer to be precise. I don't want to move or weld anything on the chassis so my only option is longer leaf springs. Now is 560-640 and I,m after 640-640. I didn't found anything at this dimension but can be custom made. The plan is to replace only the main leaf with longer and thicker leaf-80mm long, 2mm thick and more curved. Any pros and cons, what I should aware of?
Is a BJ 73 on 35 Cooper Stt street or 35 Simex off road. Thanks
