As you may know, my BJ42 is undergoing a restoration. I'd like to prep some parts for rust repair/paint. Looking for a bead blasting shop close to Abbotsford. Either self-serve or pay for services is fine.

Looking to blast and prime. Post up your recommendations! :)

I recently had my truck painted at Rustblasters off of Lickman Rd in Chilliwack. He sandblasted the powder coat off of my aluminum rims for a reasonable price. I think he rents out his paint booth to DIYers too. Overall I was very happy with the transaction... Worked with me to find solutions that were within my budget.

Cheers

Thanks Dan, I just spoke with Rus; going to drop off a car-load of parts hopefully next week.

I use Mayfair Powder Coat in Yarrow for sand blasting and powder coating. I have also heard good things about that place beside Clearbrook Iron in Abbotsford (I think its called Midway?) Daryl had a frame blasted and painted there and it looks great and the price was quite reasonable.

I have a bunch of small parts at Rust Blasters now for blast and epoxy coat prime. I'll let you know how it goes! Thanks for the input!

Cheers,
Rob
