Sorry guys, can't make it. Found out today I'm headed to Mexico all next week (easy, it's pure business). My wife Valerie will try to come I think. I want to be sure and see what's up with the Death Valley trip and any other club runs. Val will fill in for me and get the goods.

Gotta skip this one, one of my kids has a class project due tomorrow that I need to start, er, help with.

In other news - my son and I are both participating in the St. Baldrick's childhood cancer research fundraiser.
The foundation funds more childhood cancer research grants than any other organization except the US government.

Donate to St. Baldricks, and on March 17 we will shave our heads! Here are our donation pages:

Hello, I'm a long-time lurker and will finally get to meet some of you this evening. I've been wanting to hit a meeting for months, but the timing hasn't worked out. I currently have two FJ40's [a '73 and a '78] My '73 is already lifted, caged, etc., with bigger plans in the works for the '78. I've had a set of 38's eating up space in my garage for two years along with a Firebird GTA donor car with a strong LS1/700R4 [though I'll probably go the 4500 route]. I'm looking forward to getting the project rolling this summer and hitting some trail runs with you guys. See you tonight... I'll be the one in the blue '78 with the coat on... too lazy to put a top on the beast this winter.

It was great to see all the new guys/ladies at the meeting. Thanks for showin. Looking forward to wheeling and camping with ya'll. LOL on not putting the top on. I agree. A crusier with a top?; and I don't feel like I'm wheelin/rollin.. Can't wait for DV run!
