Another case of putting the cart before the horse. This is a set of Eezi-Awn K9 Load Bars and Bed Rail feet. They should work for a Toyota Tacoma (2nd and 3rd gen) and the bars measure 1400mm (~55 inches).

One of the feet is missing the little insert (it's just a simple piece of threaded aluminum that you can get yourself or I bet Equipt has more. While the bolts aren't shown in the photos for that missing one, I believe they are present.
