Well I have some first hand experience with the Canadian M101
I ordered mine about 4 or more months ago so I would have it in time for summer, our summer is short, its now starting to get dark and that means summer is coming to an end. No trip with the trailer, but spring is right around the corner.
Maybe next spring we will be able to get away and go fishing, the trailer will be very valuable then.
Okay all of my info is from the Yahoo Canadian M101 group.
For starters I went to a store that is for trailers, up here we have Trailer Craft/Six Rabblee’s. On Yahoo, parts were being sought out at Auto parts stores and some Yahoo members were not having an easy time finding various parts.
So I am here to tell you that for the bearings/grease seal and the dust cap the trailer store said that all of those parts are standard trailer parts and the store person pulled the various parts right off of the shelf and I had no problems.
On the wiring up of the military light I used a trailer side 4 pin flat harness that I attached to the existing military harness. If you use Bullet Connectors that are .157 in size they will fit the factory pins perfectly, I used Perma seal connectors, which came in .157. I am told that Auto Zone sells bullet connectors in 14-16 gauge, which is .156. I am told these will work also.
To hook up the 4pin flat harness to the factory harness you attach
Circuit 21 to Brown wire = running lights
Circuit 22-460 to green wire = right turn
Circuit 22-461 to yellow wire = left turn
White wire to good ground on the trailer
This info is from message #229 on the Yahoo
To make the 24-volt military lights work on a 12-volt system I had to only replace the light bulbs.
The smaller of the two bulbs is a # 67 bulb
Yahoo post says both a #1156 as well as a 1157 bulb will work for the larger bulb, I found that the 1157 had offset aligning/retaining pins and would not work.
The 1156 worked perfectly though.

Check out message 162 for more info on the military lights or for info on the black out lights. By replacing just the two above bulbs my lights are legal so I am stopping there.
Napa carries a shock named ( NAPA RESPONSE part# 94038)
Yahoo says it is an exact replacement. I have them in my garage and they look identical to the original ones. They were about $11 and come in a pretty blue.
The military light are way cool, the bulbs are held with a rubber shock absorbing mount, I suppose to help with vibration and they are metal so could probably take a little abuse, hell the light mounts are ¼ inch thick metal I think
. Also the NOS tarp I got was not like the ambiguous blue tarps you see everywhere up here. This tarp is coated (rubber) as well as has a bungee cord installed, made to fit right.
We did not get to go fishing or any place else this year, but next year we will be ready.
So that is all the info I have that is first hand, I let you know what I find out about replacing the bushings in the leaf springs.I'll be trying the trailer parts store first for the bushings.
