Thanks for posting Casey, FYI: Andy asked if our club might be able to lend a hand with some of the barbequeing that the Toyota dealer will provide. I will be happy to cook for awhile, and if a couple others might be willing to take a turn that would be very helpful.

I can't make it. Gonna be in Palm Springs for my mother-n-laws 80th b-day. We're gonna party like it's 1899!
 
Was planning on going, but have to work this weekend. I am an Advisor at Corcoran High and the Prom is Saturday in Lindsey. I will be setting up for that all day so can't fit a trip into Bako.
 
I can't make it either. I have auditors coming in on Monday and I have to get ready for them Saturday.

Got a email from Andy: He said the toyota dealership would not be providing any food :frown: so I will bring some hotdogs, hotlinks, drinks and stuff and my own bbq like I did last year. :D So the cooking chores will be reletively minor. We can do this as a fund raiser again so bring the club banner. Thanks Jerry and Casey for stepping up.

Unfortunately were out had some things come up, one of which is Travis has kidney stones we spent most of the day running him around to doctors and the hospital today.:crybaby:

To my knowledge no one else at the dealership is providing anything. However: Andy has informed me that there are fast food places very close by and he is ok with us doing whatever we want.
