I had to replace a few front end part on a new to be 100 series, just buttoning it ip today as i have been waiting for a new axle flange. The videos I have seen show it easily sliding on mine needs a bit of persueding, if I flip the axle flange around (the wrong way) it does not go over the tip at all, I am wonder if the cv shaft is slightly beveled and mine a mevotech wasn’t machined properly.

I do not think it was a problem with the flange but the wear on the shaft
