Australian/American cigarette lighters

hey i know that some of you guys are American some Aussies so i was wandering if u know if Australian/American cigarette lighters are the same because i am going to invest in some police lights for the dash to scare a few of my 4wding buddies when the go to illegal 4wd tracks. __

carefull, being caught with red and blue lights can quickly become a very bad day, cops dont like people doing that

been travelling in a bunch of countries over the years. Interestingly, that one plug did indeed seem to be the same in all those countries.
At least one example of good standardization...?
