I am thinking about having a F135 head cleaned, re-surfaced, ground, and rebuilt. Who do you guys like for the austin/san marcos area?

I'm not sure about any machine shops between you and San Marcos. You may give Edwin a call. I myself would probably take it to South Austin Machine Shop, Lamar and Manchaca, but Edwin may know someone more familiar with Toyota tolorances..

Quality engine on north lamar is another shop the Edwin uses, and they are rebuilding a engine for me right now. Might give them a call.

brooks has done every head i have ever needed done. he does grate work very slow but if you have the time i say go with him barnun
