I received this email several days ago. I can't attend, but would if I could. Any of you folks in the Mocassin Gap area might want to check this meeting out. When I have attended, it's been fun to meet other off-road thinking folks.

Dear AOCA Members,
The time of year has come to elect officers and have an annual meeting. Mocassin Gap has been chosen as the place to ride and the meeting will be held at Mack-Pines on December 12th at 9AM.
We have been able to accomplish a few things in this riding area this year and hopefully the new trails will be open. We also have some other great news to reveal and the elections of officers for the organization.
The following nominations have been tendered:
Bruce Engstrom - ATV Member at Large
Andy Tharp - 4x4 Member at Large
This still leaves nominations needed for President, Treasurer, and OHM Member at Large. We need someone to step up and nominate someone for these positions.
At Mack-Pines ( Page 1 ) they have cabins and RV facilities. Their number is 479-331-3261. They also have a cafe on site and their menu is on the website. They have good cooking.
The ride will follow the meeting and Mocassin Gap is reachable from Mack Pines by ATV/OHM or you can trailer your machine to the parking area. There are lots of back roads that are open to 4x4's in the vacinity.
You do not have to be a member to attend. You do have to be a member to vote.
If you are not going to be able to attend you can vote ahead of time, if we have any contested positions. As of right now, no position is contested.
Please respond to this email if you intend on attending so that we can be prepared with any handouts and let the Mack-Pines know how many to expect.
