Are these knuckle seal (?) bolts normally like this? (1 Viewer)

I was cleaning some crud off this morning underneath and noticed the two bolts (studs?) on each knuckle appear to be backing out, or just not seated all the way. They are ones in the photo at 3 and 9 o'clock. It's the same on both knuckles so that makes me think it's normal, but man, it doesn't give one the warm fuzzies to look at if it is.

Those are steering stops and they’re supposed to look like that. They hit that “bracket” on the axle housing.
