arb third member not spinning smooth (1 Viewer)

i recently bought two trail gear arb third members that were sitting in heated storage since 2008 with very little surface rust and they do not spin smoothly they feel really tight and like there binding up. the bearings look good but I'm not sure what's wrong both of them have the same problem.
