Two of my drawers have lost the ability to lock in the open position. Pretty sure I have read on here about people getting replacement parts sent to them for free. Does anyone have a good contact for that? My emails to ARB directly have gone unanswered.

Apologies if this is too off topic for this forum, but I know a lot of 200 series owners have drawers.

For potential new buyers, just go into it knowing that this is the weak point in the design. I still like them overall, but do have in the back of my head that it would be nice to upgrade to trekbox or some other design down the line.

Thanks!

Last time I contacted them was by e-mail. It took a while (close to a week IIRC) but they did get back to me.

It was a few years ago but I received the same drawer parts for free.

The tabs on the drawer stops break easily. The drawer will still be retained (i.e. won't come out) but they will not lock in the open position.

I have not been able to get free replacements from ARB, not sure how people are doing it. I had to order replacements at my expense.

The part number I ordered was "ARBRDSTP" which were about $19 per pair of stops.

Is that the part for the top roller platform or for the drawers? Thanks!

Drawers.

BTW I ordered from OK4WD who seemed to have the best price. Now that I look at the invoice, that PN may be specific to OK4WD and not an ARB PN. Not completely sure.

Please confirm proper part number with whoever you order from.
