ARB Bumper

I have an arb bumper for a fj80. I need to wire the turn signals to it. Does anyone know what I will need to wire it?

multimeter with wire tap, red wire, black wire and some electrical tape. Tap into the turn signal lights right below the headlights. Most use those bumper light locations as running lights and many swap the arb orange lights out for led running lights.
