I understand that ARB does not make one, but a little grinding on the one for the Tacoma will work. My question is, is that the bumper for the 2000 - 2002 Tacoma, or does it have to be an earlier one?

When I bought one for my 96 the local guy ordered it for a Tacoma. As far as I know it should fit my 99 runner.
Mine was ordered through a "Western Warehouse.net" distributor model NS700710WESTRNWAR ARB BULL BAR
Mine bolted up nicely. Only gripe was the mounting holes for the ARB lenses were wrong. I drilled one new hole each side so I didn't stress the plastic to break it.
I found my ARB catalog from I don't know when it was printed. Back cover says Printed in Australia Part No. 216055
At any rate in the ARB bull bar application chart Tacoma had 2 options for a "Deluxe Winch Bar"95-04 Part No. 3423020 and 05-07 Part No. 3423030
Looking at the 4Runner options in this chart they had 2 Deluxe Winch Bar options for the 96-02. Part No. 3423020 measured 68 inches wide for standard fender flares and Part No. 3421010 measured 72 inches wide for overfenders which had one less winch option and was not air bag approved.
I assume I have a Part No. 3423020 as this would fit 95-04 Taco's or 96-02 runners. I thought they quit producing these a few years back now. But looking at the following links perhaps a 3423020 is still available although it says it is for a Taco.
