Hey guys this is kinda late notice but a few of us lowly FJC's over at Adv. 4x4 are gonna do Truckhaven Saturday. Were going to hit the Fire Plug and want to hit the Phone Booth and Arch as well. If there's enough time left in the day, maybe play around on Blow Sand or head to Montero Wash to check out the largest, still in use, wooden train trussel before the sun sets. Then head up Lower Coyote and camp Saturday night in Sheep Canyon or if that's full there are some other places to camp (no toilets or fire rings) further north in Upper Coyote.
Pretty much the same run we all did a few months back.
Sunday we might do Pinyon Mtn. Rd. to Fish Creek, Sandstone....whatever the consensus is. I carry a full CV boot kit.
