Anyone know this Cruiser?

There is a Cruiser for sale in Newark by Jerry Weaver, advertised on Specter's classified site. A friend of mine here in Kentucky is interested. Does anyone know anything about it? I though Jim C. might have seen it, as Newark isn't that far from Lancaster.

The name and location are not familiar to me. But I did do some electrical work on a nice '79 FJ40 that belonged to a guy north of me, somewhere between my shop and Newark. Can't remember his name....
