It is screwed onto the back of the center console. There is also another one mounted on the passenger side next to the 3rd row seat. I'm pretty sure its not a factory item or option because of the screws that are used. But I have never seen a mount like that. Its black plasitc with 2 spring metal pieces. It looks as if something hinged on the bottom tabs as well. There is no electrical connections to the metal clips either.
Thanks for any help or ideas. -Gary

Hey that is the question...what product patches holes in plastic of that sort? Any particular product made that matches the color? Any OEM product available for small plastic repairs? Thanks.

Just cram some food particles in there so it serves a dual purpose, patches it for now and snack for some day down the road :flipoff2:

I was going to use some epoxy (metal grade) since it is almost that color gray when mixed together.

Excellent idea, know of any epoxy that is "oak" colored? :D

Nope can't help ya with the oak epoxy lol But how bout wooden dowels or those circular imitation wood stickers you get with the "assemble yourself" desks/furniture ?

If the epoxy-thing doesn't work, you could always just put the screws back in there. Better than having a bunch of holes.

I've done this a lot. Helps you find the bolts if you wanna put what you took off back on.

Might sound dumb but how about some wood filler....it would be close to the oak color...especially oak filller...if it does not work then you can post that on the other thread about "the crappiest repair you ever made"

I would put press-in rubber or plastic plugs in there
