I talked to IBCruzn last night and he was asking about it. I'll be doing good to get my junk to Flat Nasty at this point.
don p is the yeller red right ? that was labor day weekend. down there with a few rigs. runner, 1 heep, 1/4 heep buggy, then met up with alot of other rigs by sunday end. did not get a chance to talk yet again don, train you in the white 40 ?

Will be down for KK sounds like, runner, 1 heep, 1/2 heep buggy, 1/4 heep buggy, 3/4 toy buggy. will be coming with this time. not sure on the other guys but they might be coming. Not sure how many are actually comp ing but will be there.

Don has the "hot dog in a bun" half yellow/half red 40. Yep, I'm runnin' the white 40. Is the runner exo'd?

Chris! Glad to hear ya had a good time. The rest a Ya'll know Wichita 4x4 Club don't charge ya no money to come out an attend an one of our outings.... We don't leave no body behind neither.
Matter a fact we was gettin ready ta leave I was asked for help. KC4WDA member in a Rubicon had slipped a little off camber climbing a hill. I hooked a tree strap to his frame, Keith hooked to the front. One jeep saved. Then Keith pulled an explodr out of a mud hole and pickd up a bumper cover off a one a them tarus lookin ford pick up trucks..
Also there was a pad, kinda like they use at track an field events, back in the second valley around the end of Drive Shaft, I called the CofE's. 785.539.8511, and let them know about it. Fellas name was Bob. He thanked me, asked how many times we came up a year. I thanked him and let him know we always pick up some every trip and that the place looked purdy clean this time. He was goin to contact local law enforcment and let them know, prolly was stole by some skool kids I reckond. If it is still there next trip I am going to attemp ta haul it out.
Ain't no body goin to the Krawl that I know of.. But we are goin to K-Rocks the 23rd and the 30th. At least some of us R anywho.
Ya'll have a great time at Flat Nasty. Want ta come but jus too far fer one day a wheelin. I can't get no vacation days off. Maybe next year.

I won't be ready by this weekend and probably not by Flat n Nasty either. Work has gotten very busy. I now have to go to a conference the weekend of Flat n Nasty. Hopefully by Daylight savings I be runnin'

Bob I think we are supposed to be there early like 8am. But will check to be shure...

Went and had a good time, well after lunch anyway. I found out that the mud up there sucks!!! The rain the night before created some nasty mud, there wasn't a mud tire there that wasn't filled up and looking like a drag slick. After things dried out I then learned that flint rock offers little traction as well. Maybe it's time for a meatier mud tire??? At any rate we have fun and met some nice folks.
I wish I could get time off to make it to Flat Nasty but just starting another job won't make it possible this year.
Mike, if you need a hand to get the 40 going give me a hollar.

was there, seen the 80 with like MN plates ? think it must have been IB ? like a dark blueish greenish color, roof rack. you were trying and trying on the up side with about a 12" lip, the group of larger rigs went past you on the left BTS 4run, jeep, jeep/buggy, camohoexj,
was way too wet early, and just dry enough on the high ground later.

Kris - I'm wrenching this afternoon/evening til about 6:30 or so, all night Wednesday (as far as I know), no much on Thursday, Friday evening & Saturday til it's trail ready. Hope to leave Sunday after church (with or without the 40........

Well the odd plates are mine but they are NJ and I haven't had my roof rack on for a few weeks (gas was still expensive then).
There were several toy's, heck the guy who led our group after lunch was running an 81 mini truck. Not the prettiest thing but it worked well.
