Any YT avice on a Jeep J20

Sam, same as a cruiser, check for rot. Good vehicle if it hasn't rotted away.

Being an '80 it's going to have a ton of vacuum hoses and crap, might be hell to get through emissions if you need to.

Also, not sure if it would have quadratrac, fine if it works, miserable to deal with if it doesn't. Part time transfer is a lot better. Should be a Chysler 727 tranny, pretty much bulletproof.


Parts should be a heck of a lot cheaper.

Frame and body look surprisingly pretty darn solid.
Check out the pics, really not much vaccum lines, actually under the hood looks real simple.

Rear diff looks like a monster!

I got it!!!

I am so psyched. $1,250.

8600gvw, d60 rear full float, d44 front. Dump works good.

Starts, drives, stops, 4x4 hi/lo works good...Stout bumpers, new load range E tires.

Needs ignition replaced and brake lines flushed, some other stuff. I'm going to go through it.

That's a good price for the slide in dump....................steal with the truck. I see some seriously overloaded days in that Jeep's future.
