animation in avitar? .gif

This shown avitar has some great movement when I grabbed it off another site. the motion is not there when I post up on Mud? thoughts?

only that you must have resized the image and that destroyed the animation. You'd have to do a resize in a program like AnimationShop to ensure all the frame remain in place.

I suck at that program....
