Well might as well put a for sale sign in the window now.

I was thinking of making some out of leather fashioned after a lever action loop wrap if mine ever give up the fight.

I would have loved to have sat in on that staff meeting.

Honorable Production Engineer: “OK most honorable executives, how do we save $1.14 on our production model LC’s. Anybody? Go ahead, no such thing as a dumb answer. Anybody? Don’t be shy. Anybody? Ah, yes in the back, Mr Cheapagotto whada’ ya got?”

Honorable Mr Cheapagotto: “ We put a very small plastic insert inside the door shell, then we add a door loop made from recycled Tupperware and tie it all together with a big @$$ screw.”

Honorable Production Engineer: “Will this big @$$ screw be JIS”?

Honorable Mr Cheapagotto: “Yes, of course Honorable Production Engineer”.

Honorable Production Manager: “Hai, brilliant”

Entire Staff: “Banzai…Banzai… Banzai!”

I haven’t installed my doors in quite a few years, but I seem to recall the ones on my 73 or metal. Just a thought.

Well that $ucks…Captain obvious here, looks like it started down at the base. No chipping.

Gonna roll with stress crack due to structural flex of the windshield frame for answer “A”. 2nd free opinion is maybe an uneven gap between the glass and the frame. You have a good glass guy to cut a new piece of glass?

Always end on a high note…The skiing looks amazing!!!

I believe there was a small rock chip right at the bottom last year, it started off as about a 1/2" crack that hadn't grown at all. Until this week, not it's almost to the top. Add that to 2 other rock chips in that glass, guess I'll be searching for a new windshield soon.

I’m heading to Kirkwood in a couple weeks and they are getting utterly pounded.

In my experience it won't stop until it reaches another edge.

One of those far and few between days, some of the advanced terrain opened after lunch, I was in the right place at the right time. Jamming to some Skynyrd, bombing bottomless powder that hadn't been skied on this year!

I need to grease my u joints. It's also past time to shoot the underside with Fluid Film.
